Tomorrow is the first day of take a hop! We're remove to a very rainy set off around Hera – our sign could by all odds use some spring color to brighten things up.
To welcome spring, we ready-made cheery flower collages on accordian-folded strips of cardboard for a spring flower collage. They stand up on my cape and make us dream about gardens full of blooming flowers. Aren't they pretty?
You'Re going to love this super well-off spring craft. Grab your kiddos and get weaving here. You will need some sturdy paper, poster board, or light slant cardboard for your base. I cut a cereal grass box into iii strips for our project. Accordion fold your strips, so your finished piece will be able to stand.
Clip to forgather your stem collage items. I gathered these too soon and presented my girls with a "stem sideboard." Your kids might enjoy portion you with this step, too.

Supplies:
- plastic straws
- pipe dry cleaners
- strips of colored & moire paper
- felt
- craftsmanship sparkle
- narration
- laurel wreath
- popsicle sticks, painted green
- green magnetic tape
- draw stems with green crayons, markers, blusher, etc.
Instructions:
At one time you have all your stem materials gathered, glue, tape, and draw stems on your board. Be prepared – pipe cleaners take a raft of glue to stick! Set this aside to dry while you work on your flowers.
There are many an opposite ways to make your flowers – employment what you have on pass! This is a great meter to role up extra craft supplies. We cut circles and tulip shapes forbidden of watercolor paper. The girls made designs with oil pastels and crayons, followed aside water-color painting.
