Facebook Opens Access to 'Community Help' Tool

Facebook today appear a pregnant expansion of its Community Assistance crisis response tool.

Launched last year, Community Aid lets people ask for or offer things similar shelter, food, and supplies in the effect of a natural disaster, "accidental" crises similar building fires, and trigger-happy events like attacks and shootings.
